Shipping Information

Twoodie is an e-commerce business. We shop online ourselves and know that shipping is a common bugbear. We try to make things clear and simple for you, so there are no surprises and you get your delivery when you need it.

Shipping globally from day one is not easy. To date we have not had even one late/damaged delivery or unsatisfied client and will do everything within our power to keep it that way!   Please contact us at should you have questions regarding your order or suggestions on how we can improve.


We offer complimentary shipping for ALL orders internationally.

Our products are shipped to you using trusted carriers only. They are tastefully gift wrapped.

Please allow 10 days for your Twoodie to arrive after placing your order. All orders are tracked and require a signature on delivery. 

During holiday periods around the world, logistics providers are stretched to capacity and delivery windows can slip. If you are buying for an occasion, we always suggest buying early to save yourself the stress and give us the best chance possible to get you your order when you need it.


At Twoodie, we believe the world should be flat. Unfortunately it ain’t, so we need to navigate various national taxes and customs regimes.

If you are ordering within the EU, any duties and sales taxes are included in the cost of your purchase.

Outside the EU, a number of countries (such as Australia and the United States) operate a tax free threshold on online purchases - so no worries! However, you may in some cases incur duties and/or taxes on international orders. These charges are only levelled by national authorities on arrival at customs. We don't accept any direct responsibility for those charges and you may be required to pay duties and/or taxes before your goods are released from customs.  The good news is we will refund you these costs if you communicate the details with us (as a sign of goodwill, not because we are legally obliged to).

Customs clearance procedures may vary between countries. If you have any particular concerns, please contact us at and we will do the research for you.


The risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. That’s what the lawyers say. We’re real people so if there is a problem just get in touch.


We will email you an order confirmation once you place your order. A further email confirming your tracking number will be sent upon dispatch of your order.
