Returns & Refund Information

Pls don't do that - you'll break our hearts... but seriously:

Returns are a hassle, so we try our best to give you all the information you need before making a purchase. If you have any questions or you are not sure about an item, please contact us at team@twoodie.com before you place an order.  Twoodies are designed to be enjoyed by children and adults, so they have a kind of 'functional longevity'.

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way or would like a return, we want to hear from you. We’ve set out our returns procedure below to make things as straight forward as possible.

RETURNS PERIOD

We accept returns up to 30 days from the day you place an order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we don't offer a refund or exchange. That's life.  

RETURNS PROCEDURE

In order to return an item purchased from Twoodie.com, it must be: (i) unused and in the same condition that you received it; (ii) in the original packaging, including all trims; and (iii) accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your item, please contact us on +1 (415) 800 4517 and we will provide you with return mailing details. If you choose to return an item, you may incur shipping costs (see further below).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Hopefully it's approved as then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. 

Tip: as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

DUTIES AND SALES TAX

Separate customs duties and taxes may apply to purchases outside the UK. These costs are non-refundable through Twoodie.com. If you are located outside the UK you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

It can take several days for your bank or credit card company to post a refund after we have processed it. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your bank or credit card company.

If you have still not received a refund or have any queries about your return, please contact us at team@twoodie.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (due to our error). If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at +1 (415) 800 4517 and we will assist you in processing your exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

GIFTS

We think Twoodies make great gifts for holidays, festivals or birthdays. If you received a Twoodie as gift, we hope you like them and encourage you to get in touch with any comments or questions.

Unfortunately, we can only offer returns on gifts to the original purchaser. We just don’t think returning a gift without letting that person know is a cool thing to do.
